Program
Shannon Hicks LLC offers training for those interested in competing locally,  as well as training for top competitions nationwide. Our lesson and training packages help our athletes and their equine partners achieve their goals in a system of one-on-one training in order to get the most out of horse and rider!
Jumpers
As the St Louis area's only Grand Prix level rider, Shannon Hicks LLC specializes in training of jumper horses and riders anywhere from 75cm up through the Grand Prix level.
Hunters
The track record for Shannon Hicks LLC coaching and training hunters speaks for itself. Â With horses and clients successfully competing in the most prestigious horse shows in the country including USHJA Hunter Derby Finals, the Devon Horse Show, Pennsylvania National Horse Show, Washington International Horse Show and the National Horse Show.
Our Team
Shannon Hicks
Shannon started her riding career at the age of five and competed successfully as a junior rider and then briefly as an amateur. She competed in the A/O jumpers at all of the nations top events including Devon, Pennsylvania National, Washington International, the National Horse Show as well as the North American Young Rider Championships.  After her successful junior/amateur career she turned her passion for competing towards coaching others to reach those heights and beyond! She has now been coaching and training students for over twenty-five years.  Shannon is the only professional in the St Louis area who actively competes at the Grand Prix level.
Lalo Garcia
Lalo has been a part of the team for 20+ years. He's the one that makes sure all the horses are always in the best shape and exactly where they should be when they should be there at every show.
